Our conversion of this 200-room hotel into a co-living entity provides for a variety accommodation profiles as well as a range of new services, including a new fitness centre, healthcare services and shopping facilities.

Working in conjunction with the town hall in their efforts to intensify the vitality of the area, we also reinforced the relation between Cargo Co-Living and the nearby promenade.
